Harry Kane OFFICIALLY stays at Tottenham, and Man City is bound to go get Ronaldo.

After England captain Harry Kane made an unexpected statement about staying with Tottenham, the striker's future was crystal clear.

Harry Kane, a British footballer, surprised fans when he announced his intention to stay with Tottenham's management team until next summer. Kane's move is perplexing, as the 28-year-old striker previously stated before EURO 2020 that he would leave Tottenham in search of a new, more ambitious destination.

Kane abruptly changed his mind and decided to stay at Tottenham.

This summer, Kane's future has been a hot subject of discussion. After ten years with the Tottenham Stadium team, the striker announced his departure just before the EURO 2020 final, even leading to his neglect to prepare for the new season of "Rooster".

Kane was expected to join Man City at the time, after the Premier League champions made a £110 million offer for the striker. However, due to Tottenham's abrasiveness, Kane was denied the option to join Man City, and the deal eventually came to a halt.

Kane appeared in the second half of the English Premier League's second round match against Wolverhampton Wanderers. The striker, who was born in 1993, was probably persuaded to stay given coach Nuno Santo's faith and the fans' support. Kane recently stated on his Facebook page that he will absolutely stay and fight for Tottenham next season.

The British star admitted that the love of his fans influenced his decision.

"It was incredible to see the reception from the Spurs fans on Sunday and to read some of the messages of support I’ve had in the last few weeks. I will be staying at Tottenham this summer and will be 100% focused on helping the team achieve success”. Kane announced it on his personal Twitter account.

Despite the fact that he has committed to staying, Kane revealed that he may leave next summer. However, the British striker's continued commitment to Tottenham will aid this team, particularly in reducing the attack's burden for Son Heung Min.

Man City will undoubtedly hurry to find another spearhead in attack after the potential departure of Harry Kane. Cristiano Ronaldo is rumored to have made initial promotions with the Etihad Stadium team, and if all goes well, the Portuguese striker will soon join Man City from Juventus.
