Before the start of the 2015/2016 season, experts from all over the world were predicting the success of teams like Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United. Nobody considered Leicester City, who instead, under Claudio Ranieri's wise leadership, created the greatest football fairytale ever, winning the Premier League.

Ranieri received a slew of personal accolades as a result of this incredible feat:  Manager of the Year,  European Coach of the Year, Manager of the Year, Best FIFA Soccer Manager, and BBC Sports Personality of the Year.

In addition, Ranieri was inducted into the Italian Football Hall of Fame, and a statue in Leicester was erected in his honor. In short, the Italian coach must be regarded as one of the greatest Premier League coaches of all time, having achieved one of the greatest sporting achievements in history!

4. Jose Mourinho

Jose Mourinho has been the driving force behind several English Premier League clubs. The years he

spent with Chelsea were his best. Mourinho's arrival in the Premier League in 2004 was a watershed moment in the league's history.

The hegemony of Wenger and Ferguson was shattered by Chelsea who won three consecutive titles between 2004 and 2006. The "Special One" not only ended Chelsea's 50-year wait for a Premier League title but also won one FA Cup and two League Cups during those years.

After returning to Stamford Bridge in 2013, he won another title and his third League Cup in the 2014/2015 season. Mourinho went on to coach Manchester United and won three trophies during his time there, as well as a brief stint at Tottenham Hotspur.

Jose is one of the best Premier League coaches of all time, having worked with some of the best players in the world during his time at Inter and Real Madrid.

3. Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola is one of only four coaches in Premier League history to win the title more than twice. Guardiola arrived in England in 2016 after success in Spain and Germany, and in five seasons with Manchester City, he transformed the city from red to light blue, winning three Premier League titles.

Guardiola immediately replaced an aging team with a young and powerful champion, which was critical for him to win his first English title the following season, after setting a new record of 100 points.

Guardiola's team won a "national treble" in the 2018/2019 season, becoming the first team in England to do so by winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and League Cup. Guardiola won his third Scudetto with the club on May 11, 2021.

The City's owners fully support the Spaniard in terms of finances and managerial stability, and as a result, some believe the Spaniard can stay for a long time and become the greatest Premier League champion ever.

2. Arsene Wenger

Arsene Wenger led Arsenal for 22 years, winning three Premier League titles and setting a seven-FA Cup record. But winning the 2003/2004 championship without losing a single match was perhaps his most unforgettable and significant achievement. His team, which included players like Henry, Bergkamp, Vieira, and Pires, was dubbed "The Invincibles" and finished the season with 26 wins and 12 draws.

Arsenal is still the only team in Premier League history to go undefeated for an entire season, thanks to Wenger. Unfortunately, that was also Wenger's final season as Arsenal's manager.

But, if league success eluded him from then on, he performed admirably in the Cup. Wenger holds the FA Cup record for most wins and is the most successful manager in the competition's long and illustrious history.

1. Alex Ferguson

"Sir" Alex Ferguson is not only the greatest manager in Premier League history, but he is also one of the greatest football players of all time. He became a legend after spending 26 years with the "Red Devils" and winning every trophy possible.

Ferguson has won 13 Premier League titles in total, three of which were won in a row on two separate occasions (1998-2001 and 2006-2009). In doing so, he broke Liverpool's record of 18 Premier League titles, capping off his United career with the club's 20th Premier League triumph in the 2012/2013 season.

This is his crazy Manchester United Palmares, which includes all competitions: 13 Premier League, 2 Champions League, 2 Intercontinental Cups, 2 UEFA Super Cups, 1 Cup Winners' Cup, 5 FA Cup, 4 League Cups, and 10 Community Shield.
